The ideal candidate will be a data-driven individual who has excellent analytics skills and experience. This position will have a key role in managing analytics, insights, and implementation for the leading digital health provider in the market which drives 30M users a month. This person must effectively work with product management, data sourcing and ingestion, marketing and CRM, and other business intelligence leaders in support of product engagement, conversion, and optimization of our digital solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring a passion for analytics with seasoned expertise to interpret data for interactive products & site interactions, optimization of marketing campaigns, and active monitoring and analysis of key metrics, providing insights about performance data and highlighting how reporting data aligns with defined business goals & metrics. 

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Leverage data to gain insight into trending, user experience and behavior in order to drive the appropriate digital marketing, mobile and social strategies
  • Oversee tag management services and maintain integrity across multiple sources of data
  • User acceptance testing of Adobe (Omniture) tags and validation of web reporting enhancements/changes (data validation, etc.) on various platforms
  • Contribute to building an analytics strategy and elevate the analytics platform to achieve a data-driven digital marketing culture
  • Data analysis of web projects, A/B and multivariate testing, and ad hoc requests
  • Evaluate and recommend digital marketing tools and products.
  • Providing tag implementation requirements to the product managers and technical teams, ensuring best practices are followed
  • Completing projects of varying size and complexity on aggressive timelines
  • Working with internal stakeholders to establish KPIs and related metrics for new products,  site enhancements, and site redesigns
  • Supporting optimization testing implementation, planning and analytics
  • Preparing and producing analytics reports on a weekly, bi-weekly and monthly basis
  • Completing complex Ad Hoc queries, analyses, segmentation studies
  • Working closely with technical teams to ensure accuracy of the implementations
  • Completing projects of varying size and complexity on aggressive timelines
  • Ensuring accuracy of data reporting
  • Working with internal stakeholders to establish KPIs and related metrics for new products,  site enhancements, and site redesigns
  • Help provide actionable recommendations to influence business plans affecting all new and existing site and app features and functionality.
  • Apply advanced quantitative methods to analyze and interpret web usage data.

 

Desired Skills & Experience

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of web metrics and/or analytics experience
  • Strong Adobe Marketing Cloud experience desired (SiteCatalyst, Discover, ReportBuilder, Data Warehouse, etc.)
  • Ability to analyze, structure and interpret large quantities of raw data is a must
  • Understanding of web analytics implementation throughout websites and applications, and performing quality checks to ensure tracking and reporting is correct
  • Ability to communicate reporting deliverables with both technical and non-technical internal stakeholders within all levels of the organizations
  • Organized, reliable self-starter with strong creative thinking, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience with web analytics implementation and methodologies such as testing, competitive analysis, and market research
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, accountability and deadlines, with excellent organizational, time-management, multi-tasking and project management capabilities
  • Expert knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Statistical modeling experience, including attribution modeling and predictive modeling, are a desired
  • Experience with business intelligence tools a plus
  • Experience with offline/online data integration is a plus
  • Knowledge of DART for Advertisers (DFA) and JavaScript are a plus, as is SQL and data query experience
  • Up-to-date with current analytics trends and tools
  • Excellent communication skills; proven written and oral presentation skills
  • Can multi-task and quickly adapt to changing/conflicting priorities
