What You Will Do in This Role:

We’ve started building out our automation framework and need a smart, curious, Java developer to help us take it to the next level. In this role you’ll work with a small QA team responsible for providing testing for VOIP mobile phones. Our passion is ensuring an optimal user experience in voice quality, design and ease of use of our product. You will be creating and modifying existing automated tests in Java and Selenium with the support to learn skills beyond just software. Our team supports three of our development groups and you’ll interact with a variety of systems from our wireless ecosystem, PBX infrastructure, android, cloud based, to analytics and beyond.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and modify test automation framework
• Work with various groups within the company to define feature requirements
• Create integration/system level test cases based on requirements
• Perform manual acceptance and regression testing
• Collect and analyze logs and network traces of failure to determining root cause of failures
• Configure wired/wireless test networks

Skills and Experience we’d like you to have:

• 6+ years of software quality assurance engineering experience
• In depth understanding of software development and SQA processes
• Experience with Java, Selenium, Linux. (will consider C# or Ruby with Selenium experience)
• Experience designing automation test frameworks
• Experience with wired/wireless networking is a big plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related program
