Senior Manager SEO & Email Marketing
The Senior Manager of SEO & Email Marketing will create the vision, strategy, and a scalable demand gen model that will drive FullContact’s website SEO and Email marketing to become a lead generation machine. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a passion and leadership competency for data-driven planning, decision making and execution to meet business objectives.

SEO Strategy & Implementation
Create strategies for website content, information architecture and layout which appeal to target personas and are effective in communicating our competitive advantage
Implement rigorous and continuous site testing strategies to enhance the lead generating effectiveness of FullContact.com
Produce a keyword strategy and analysis toolset in collaboration with Paid Acquisition Manager, sharing insights and opportunities across roles
Develop link-building strategies and link architecture to aid search engine visibility.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that day-to-day operations take SEO impact into consideration.
Coordinate with Social and Content functions to ensure synergy and optimization of our online presence
Keep pace with the changes in the SEO industry and trends to ensure compliance and efficiency with the latest SEO guidelines and algorithms.
SEO Measurement
Obsess over customer data and business data to monitor progress toward goals
Gain a deep understanding of our MA platform and the sales funnel to create effective lead scoring models, increasing SALs and conversion rates.
Ensure that inbound website traffic can be converted into known leads through a best-in-class online experience
Provide an exceptional level of SEO reporting which includes detailed insights and actionable next steps which tie-back to overarching business objectives.
Email Strategy & Implementation
Drive and grow prospect email strategy, taking on responsibility for segmentation, forecasting, testing and overarching direction of prospect email program including personalization and segmentation strategies, A/B and multivariate testing.
Create and execute comprehensive email campaigns including complex automations, prospect journeys and nurturing
Work with Product Marketing product leaders to develop the appropriate e-mail cadence and calendar for each channel.
Comply with CAN-SPAM guidelines and manage governing email list recipients
Email Measurement
Develop the appropriate analytics to track email campaign performance and measure success.
Requirements:
6+ years of digital marketing experience, with specialisms in SEO & email marketing, and with a proven track record in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Experience with B2B demand gen strategies, programs, and analytics
Experience marketing to SMBs, enterprises and mid-market companies
Excellent analytical skills with experience measuring marketing attribution
Strongly KPI oriented: acquisition, conversion, ROI.
Exceptional understanding of all aspects of digital marketing and analytics, especially SEO, natural search, and email marketing.
Knowledge of email marketing best practices and industry best practices.
Strong knowledge and experience with Business Related Analytics Software
Strong communication and team-oriented
Self-motivated and self-directed, with demonstrated ability to work well with people.
Experience building out prospect lifecycle programs
Highly organized and able to manage multiple workstreams.
