We have an immediate opening for a Mid Level Developer to join our team in Boulder, CO. We're seeking someone who, like us, is passionate about web technologies and building long-term relationships.

Our Developers have experience working the entire software life cycle, architecture, user stories and task creation, development execution, cross browser testing, acceptance, publishing and maintenance.

As a Developer with Techtonic Group, you will:

·         Be exposed to, and work on a variety of client projects across several industry verticals

• Lead web development projects from start to finish, including spec writing, coordinating with designers and developers, coding, and testing
• Respond to client and colleague questions and troubleshooting needs
• Assist with research about technology trends
• Help reduce inefficiencies and improve our processes
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorms
• Serve as a mentor to Techtonic Group Apprentices and Junior Developers

   

  To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Hands-on knowledge of some or all of the following: html/css(bootstrap/sass/less), javascript(jQuery/Angularjs/ReactJS/NPM/NodeJS/Gulp/Grunt), .NET/Razor/C#/MVC, SQL/noSQL
  • The ability to work across multiple programming disciplines
  • Communication skills, empathy, and the desire to mentor and lead Junior Developers
  • Attention to detail and documentation
  • A desire and ability to learn and grow
  • To be tech-savvy with an itch to solve technology puzzles, whether hardware or software related
  • An ability to handle and adapt to novel situations and challenges
  • Self-motivation and an ability to work pro-actively and independently
  • At least 3 years of software development experience
