SEARCH ENGINE MARKETING SPECIALIST

Your success will look like the following:

1-    Ensure Zen Planner and all our content is optimized for search following current best practices

2-    Ensure our PPC campaigns are running efficiently and driving quality leads

3-    Analyze and make actionable recommendations for improving the success of our online programs driven by conversions, verticals and customer acquisition.

4-    Strengthen our culture of continuous improvement

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Managing our PPC program

·       Maintaining and optimizing our SEO strategy

·       Optimizing all online content to align with the current strategy

·       Utilizing a combination of best practices and creative problem solving to continually test and improve our online conversion rate

·       Becoming an expert in driving online conversions

·       Assisting with the development and execution of the company's digital content strategy

·       Assisting with a content framework required to achieve specific SEM and branding goals

·       Measuring and analyzing digital content effectiveness through tools such as Google Analytics

·       Auditing existing website content and revising as needed

·       Working closely with other internal teams including customer service, sales and development

REQUIREMENTS:

·       1-3 years of search engine marketing experience

·       1-2 years experience with Google Analytics or Kissmetrics.

·       1-2 years experience with Google AdWords or Bing Ads

·       A strong technical ability in order to refine web pages

·       2 years experience using WordPress

·       Experience using digital marketing and new media tools

·       Experience with the development and implementation of online best practices

·       Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

·       An open mind, and a willingness to test, fail, learn, and adapt

·       An organized team player who performs well independently

·       Ability to multitask, take direction and execute while wearing many hats

·       A confident, adaptable self-starter who thrives in an empowered, fast-paced environment

·       Bachelor's Degree
