VideoAmp is seeking an experienced, solution-oriented individual to join us as a Salesforce & Revenue Systems Architect–a key member of the Revenue Strategy & Operations Team. On a day-to-day basis, you will work closely with stakeholders across the Revenue, Finance, Accounting, Tech, and Legal departments to help solve their organizational challenges by optimizing and improving our Revenue Tech Stack. You will be expected to lead projects from start to finish (e.g., requirements gathering, research, evaluation, design solution, execution, and maintenance). The ideal candidate excels at project management, empathizing with business users, and navigating the hurdles of change management. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO: 

  • System Maintenance: Own the administrative and architectural responsibilities of our Revenue Tech Stack with a primary focus on Salesforce, Ironclad, and our BI reporting (Tableau/Sigma) and a secondary focus on Datorama and other integrated applications (such as, Netsuite); provide advanced support and troubleshooting to users
  • Tech Stack Management: Establish a 2-3 year vision and roadmap for the Revenue Tech Stack based on business objectives and KPIs; evaluate new technology vendors and renewal contracts; own the relationships with any contractors/consultants as needed
  • User Requirements Gathering and Design: Holistically define and document system requirements from internal stakeholders; design solutions by applying your expertise and systems knowledge 
  • Development, Implementation and Training: Project manage across departments and external partners, execute solution designs, perform user acceptance testing, create documentation, and train the organization
  • Establish Best Practices: Collaborate with IT and other key stakeholders on change management procedures, feature rollout plan/cadence, security settings, and ensuring data accuracy/completeness

WHAT TO BRING:

  • 5+ years of relevant Salesforce administrator experience
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • Experience with Datorama or similar data agnostic marketing tool
  • Experience with Ironclad or similar contract lifecycle management tool
  • Experience with systems implementation processes such as scoping, development, configuration, documentation and testing
  • Deep understanding of the architectural principles of cloud-based platforms, including SaaS, PaaS, multitenancy, multi tiered infrastructure, integration patterns, and API's
  • Experience in change management process and methodologies 
  • Understanding of security best practices
  • Understanding of database concepts and data transformation along with prior experience building and maintaining reports/dashboards leveraging large data sets   
  • Experience vetting technology vendors and consulting firms
  • Strong project management and communication skills with a collaborative approach to problem solving

NICE-TO-HAVES:

  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator and/or other certifications
  • Competency with Apex, SOQL, Visualforce
  • Prior Media or Ad Tech industry experience 
  • Knowledge of Agile development practices 
  • Experience integrating SFDC with a variety of other platforms such as Okta/Netsuite via low/no-code tools.

Minimum base salary of $84,000 + Equity + Benefits. The actual compensation offer will be determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, applicant's qualifications, skills, and experience.
