The Position
We are looking for a Revenue Manager to support Evolve’s Operations Team. The right candidate must have an entrepreneurial spirit and be driven by numbers and performance. This person also enjoys working in a fast-paced, growing startup environment. The Revenue Manager must be a self-starter who can contribute new ideas and best practices to a growing team and organization. If you have an analytical approach to performance and can solve all the data-puzzles - we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Prepares demand, occupancy, rate, and trend reports using internal information and external resources which are utilized by multiple teams throughout the company
- Responsible for creating and maintaining reporting tools that provide efficient, effective, and standardized approach for revenue management team
- Manage a growing team in a fast-developing industry
- Work in close cooperation with the Business Intelligence team to extract relevant data from the system based on team needs
- Point person for training and providing support in Excel and Salesforce
- Provide the Senior Management team aggregated reports and forecasts which will be used for modeling and budgeting
Requirements/Skills
- Degree in Finance, Analytics, or Business Intelligence
- 2+ years of Revenue Management experience
- Previous Leadership or Management Experience
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Extremely detail-oriented
- Customer-service oriented
