Python Developer

We are currently looking for a Python developer. A successful candidate will need to have strong end-to-end web application experience. We don’t mandate a specific development process other than to ship awesome, user centered and flawless software. 

Required

• Full stack developer with hands on experience in Django and AngularJS. In depth knowledge of architecture, hooks, integration and data structures.
• Expert in Scrum with 5+ years or experience.
• Strong customer focus and the ability to deliver high quality products and solutions on time and budget.
• Self starter who can manage a small team of 1-2 people while interacting with business custom
• Strong skills in web application programming (e.g. database applications, session handling, content management, personalization).
• Strong knowledge of LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL and Python)
• 3+ years’ experience with MySQL relational including data modeling and database design.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (including Requirements Gathering, Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing, Deployment and Maintenance).
• Must be able to create and maintain clear, concise, and well constructed documentation.
• Ability to evaluate different design, implementation and architectural choices, and select the appropriate platform.

Desired

• Other libs (xlwt, PyMySQL, PyCrypto, Django OAuth and Django Angular)
• Experience interacting directly with client and vendors.
• Experience working in the Media and Entertainment industry is desirable.
• Knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA and Confluence) is a plus.
