 Responsibilities

Role Purpose 

As Product Manager, Membership you will partner with PMs, designers, engineers and others throughout the org to deliver an outstanding experience for subscribed Craftsy members. You will focus on content discovery, and will work to develop meaningful pathways to/through our content to ensure that members are engaged and delighted by the variety of classes, episodes, patterns, recipes, and tutorials Craftsy has to offer. 

Responsibilities 

• Define the Content Discovery roadmap and communicate how it impacts user experience and Craftsy’s strategic and competitive position in subscription products for makers. 
• Lead cross-functional product/content team in discovery, design, implementation, and measurement of new product features. 
• Deeply understand needs of our membership user (external) and Content & Education team (internal); integrate into product strategy and ensure prioritization is well-understood. 
• Continuously monitor, A/B test, analyze and report on key metrics for membership experience on site/apps at Craftsy. 
• Initiate usability studies, research and market analysis to drive product insights into execution.

Qualifications/Requirements

Basic Qualifications 
• 2+ years of experience in Product Management 
• Deep understanding of UX, customer lifecycle and funnel optimization best practices 
• Experience with Google Analytics or SQL
