As we grow our business internationally, we need a strong Product Manager. That’s where you come in. As Product Manager, you’ll play a critical role identifying market segment trends, exploring new opportunities with customers, defining and delivering new product solutions, and managing the product lifecycle for our global mobile Enterprise SaaS product. Your day-to-day activities will have you working directly with customers, partners, sales, engineering, operations, and marketing.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Working directly with Global 2000 customers to identify their specific communication needs and those of the market segment
- Identifying global trends in the mobile device space as they pertain to what the business community utilizes for platforms, use for MDM/MAM, and the evolution of competitor apps
- Understanding and translating a global set of telecom capabilities and restrictions into customer solutions and development stories
- Performing the Agile Product Owner role with a variety of products and multiple Scrum teams
- Working closely with Operations to identify and address performance and usability issues
- Providing direct input into the overall product strategy and roadmap
- Communicating clearly and patiently with a wide variety of internal and external customers via phone, chat, email, social media, and other tools
About you:
You are excited to work with global companies and possess the ability to execute across the entire product lifecycle.
Additionally, you have the following:
- Proven experience working with enterprise customers to identify, develop, and implement software solutions
- Experience delivering native mobile solutions across multiple platforms, especially iOS and Android, next-generation web applications, and a strong appreciation for a solid UX
- Foundational understanding of traditional telecom, mobile, and emerging communication solutions
- Experience as a Product Owner in the Scrum (or similar) method of Agile software development
- Enjoy working hands-on with a development team including story creation, backlog grooming, prioritization, and acceptance testing
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and employee motivational skills
- Remarkable acumen in analytical and technical matters
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic software company
- Excellent team player who works well cross-functionally
- Willingness to travel internationally
