We believe that travel is a force-multiplier for change. Travel connects friends, family, co-workers, and business partners—bringing the globe closer together. Travel enables new opportunities, produces unexpected collaboration, shifts perspectives, and empowers people.

That is why we are on a mission to make travel simple, personal, and delightful.

We provide world-class service for booking transportation, accommodations and more. We are hands-on, taking care of our users through their highs and lows, making them feel special and valued. We diligently select strategic partners who believe in what we are building and are willing to support our mission.

And, above all, we identify new ways to serve and support our travelers through a relentless focus on improving our product.

The role:

We have an opportunity for a creative and visionary designer to help shape the form and function of our product. Our product designers are generalists who operate in many design disciplines: user research, prototyping, ideation, interaction design, and visual design. This role demands someone fluid and driven—a designer, project manager, researcher, and writer.

Sometimes you will explore and imagine the future of our product. This mode of work will demand you spend time with the user to listen, learn, and ideate. This work necessitates rapid prototyping (the pencil, paper, sharpie, and sticky-note kind). Other times you will be deep in the micro-interactions that make our product feel magical. Your tools for this mode may include Sketch.app, Keynote, AfterEffects, and JavaScript.

Product designers are also responsible for uniting the many stakeholders of our company. You must learn from our users and translate insights into actionable evolutions. You must understand the constraints and abilities of our engineering team. You must incorporate learnings from marketing, business development, and sales into how our product behaves and what our product does.

Our employees enjoy full benefits, unlimited vacation time, a competitive salary, stock options, and a chance to change the face of travel.
