ShopAtHome.com, one of the largest coupon, cash back, and reward shopping sites on the Web, is seeking a full-time Product Analyst to join our Product Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated technical ability to install, run, trace and document multiple software packages. You must also bring strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn our business. If hired, you will be working on-site in our tech-savvy and innovative corporate culture located in the Denver Tech Center.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare for and participate in Sprint Grooming, Planning, and Release
  
• Backlog Refinement

• Develop User stories and acceptance criteria

• Work closely with Product Owners to gather requirements and detailing functional designs

• Create and update other artifacts as necessary

• User Acceptance Testing

• Conduct user testing, analyze results, and make recommendations

• Communicate with ShopAtHome.com’s development teams and Product Marketing Scrum Master.

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to clients, affiliates, and other non-technical audiences

• Ability to quickly analyze market segments and customer needs to incorporate in product strategy
• Strong analytical skills and comfortable communicating on a cross-functional and cross-departmental basis
• Ability to work independently as well as work within or lead small, highly focused teams as necessary
• Ability to define and manage multifaceted processes and/or product issues required
• SQL query skills desired
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred
