PHP Web Developer

We are a small, flexible and collaborative team with a tight focus on building successful websites. Websites have a success problem. Want to help us solve it? We are looking for a PHP web developer to join our team and build custom websites, web tools and applications.
What You Have- Proficiency in PHP 5+ (experience with PHP libraries like Laravel, Codeigniter or Symfony is a plus)
- Solid understanding of OOP
- Proficiency with database design and working with MySQL databases
- Strong knowledge of Git and version control
- Familiarity with one or more CMSs
- Understanding of web server infrastructure (must be comfortable with Unix environments, Windows/IIS knowledge is a plus)
- Experience interfacing with REST/SOAP APIs
- Comfortable with HTML, CSS and JavaScript/jQuery
- Eagerness to learn, expand your skills, and try new tools
- Alignment with our company vision and core values
- Custom PHP development for websites and web applications
- Build and update CMS add-ons/plug-ins
- Improve and manage our website deployment process and related systems
- Advise and make decisions on architecture for our site builds and infrastructure
- Install and configure CMSs (ExpressionEngine, Statamic, and Craft CMS)
- Contribute to scoping and estimating discussions
- Work independently and with other team members
- Find creative but practical solutions to novel problems
- Produce quality work on schedule
- Actively communicate with your project manager and team members
- Stay current with web development trends and best practices
- Contribute to our company blog and internal skillshares
- Flexible schedule and co-location working. You must be located or willing to relocate to the Greater Denver Area. We provide a flexible office-based culture. We all work in the office 3-4 days per week, and work from home other days.
