InteliSecure’s Network Engineer is responsible for Development, Testing, and Deployment of systems for the InteliSecure environment, the Network Engineer will collaborate with other lead members of the Application Development team to deliver next generation network design and automation solutions.

Ensure all tasks performed adhere to the firm’s ISO 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS).  This includes participation in annual information and network security training and acceptance of spot checks on an ad hoc basis to guarantee that InteliSecure is constantly improving upon the organization’s ISMS.  Each member of our team must understand the importance of the ISMS and the subsequent handling of customer data.

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

The Network Engineer will be responsible for all aspects of design/build and lead the steady state support team for all network infrastructures in support of InteliSecure’s BSS and OSS environments.  

OTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Network Engineer will work within the App Dev team, and be responsible for design and deployment of InteliSecure’s BSS and OSS network Infrastructure.    This position will also be the primary point for the design and development of workflow automation utilizing SDN/NVF technologies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BS/BA in a Computer or Networking related field. A mixture of education and related work experience will be considered.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience designing and deploying multitenant network solutions (Service Provider)
• CCNA or equivalent work experience is required
• Ability to implement WAN based routing protocols, BGP, OSPF
• Strong understanding of Firewalls and security best practices
• Working knowledge of basic switching protocols
• Working knowledge of VPNs
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP and IP Networking
• Strong understanding of enterprise grade routers and switches
• Experience with packet inspection and captures
• Understanding of DDoS technologies

HIGHLY PREFERRED:

• JNCIE/CCIE preferred
• Experience working in a multitenant Service Provider environment
• Orchestration experience
• One or more systems engineering relevant certifications from vendors such as Red Hat, VMware, Citrix, MS, etc.
