 Hi, I’m Corrie and I’m the Director of Merchandising for the eCommerce Team at Craftsy. We are looking to add a Merchandise Coordinator to join Lindsay and Emily so we can continue to execute our merchandising efforts. As a Merchandise Coordinator you will have immediate impact on a team that over promises and consistently over delivers! Over the last year, they have launched Craftsy’s new private label brands and opened a fulfillment center to deliver an elevated customer experience. Pretty impressive for 12 months! These accomplishments help support Craftsy in becoming the premier global destination for curated education, inspiration and supplies for passionate enthusiasts “makers.”  
 
As our eCommerce Merchandise Coordinator you will:
  • Own all aspects of site merchandising for one or more categories to improve the consumer shopping experience 
  • Work closely with the eCommerce buying team to understand key merchandising strategies and identify opportunities to drive improvements 
  • Execute merchandising tests, report on results, and implement new solutions to increase purchase conversion and overall product revenue 
  • Order and manage all product samples to be used in site merchandising
  • Partner with our internal creative teams to provide excellent product representation with elevated, informative copy and inspirational product images
  • Execute pricing on all product listing pages for site merchandising and marketing campaigns
  • Quickly and efficiently resolve and customer service inquires as related to products in assigned category
