hobbyDB is building a user-generated catalog of every collectible ever made.  Our platform makes it easy to catalog anything and everything made by Mattel, Marklin, Matchbox or Maisto. Or you can find every model of a Ford Thunderbird, Harley Davidson motorcycle, or Airbus jet. This powers a collection management system – where users can keep track of items they own by clicking a button to say “I Have This” or add it to their wishlist by clicking another button to say “I Want This” – and a marketplace where they can buy and sell. We are based in sunny Boulder, CO where we are part of the 2015 TechStars Boulder program. So far we have over 2,600 users who’ve helped take our catalog past 130,000 entries. We want to multiply that by a factor of 1,000 over the next 18 months.
