Marketing Programs Manager
Position Summary:
As our Marketing Programs Manager, you will establish and implement the plan and process for running creative marketing programs to generate and track marketing leads, nurture prospects and activate existing clients within our sales and marketing funnel. Candidates should be well-versed in marketing and sales funnel concepts, inbound marketing programs, paid digital media, marketing automation systems, building integrated marketing campaigns and current marketing trends and best practices. The ideal candidate will need to have a strong set of marketing programs experience across the marketing mix including email marketing, content syndication, digital media advertising, lead nurture campaigns, webinar marketing and events tracking. Creative campaign concepting and copywriting skills are a major plus.
This is position will play a crucial role across areas and aspects of the marketing team and will have the ability to collaborate and impact all areas of our rapidly growing business.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the marketing and creative teams to plan, organize and manage marketing campaigns for both brand awareness and lead generation including direct mail, email, event communication, product announcements, promotions, nurturing programs and website demand
- Develop and oversee best practices related to marketing automation and CRM
- Manage marketing programs end to end. This includes list management, copywriting, planning, execution, evaluating metrics, and making enhancements to optimize our email communications. You’ll need to establish successful nurture and acquisition campaigns, run brand-awareness programs, as well as manage our marketing technology systems for optimal performance
- Plan and implement inbound programs with a mix of content marketing campaigns, digital media advertising and conversion-optimized brand channels
- Create, implement and test program assets such as ad copy, landing pages and email subject lines and calls to action
- Report on the performance of marketing programs and work with marketing, creative, sales and leadership teams to optimize marketing efforts to maximize results
- Project manage – from beginning to end – all aspects programs to ensure timely, collaborative, objective-based results
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience managing marketing programs and campaigns with an emphasis on lead generation and nurturing
- Expertise and successful track record setting up and managing marketing automation systems such Hubspot or Marketo
- Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM systems for marketing programs
- A deep understanding of marketing analytics and reporting techniques across email, websites, digital, search, etc.
- Masterful project management skills that enable managing several programs simultaneously with close attention to detail
- Experience with light production design / Adobe Creative Suite preferred
- Familiarity with Wordpress a plus
