Marketing - Demand Generation Specialist
Creative, high-energy Demand Gen Guru (or “guru-wanna-be”) with experience in developing & testing a variety of small B to B campaigns needed immediately! Utilizing “fast fail” tactics, this fun, but critical role focuses on attracting new prospects through campaigns directed at our target personas: Figuring out where they “live” & what appeals to them, getting their attention & delivering the right call to action.
Strong interest in experimentation with all marketing avenues (digital, social media, LinkedIn, old fashioned snail mail – whatever works!), a willingness to try new things & the fortitude to fail on occasion, are all attributes of the ideal candidate.
Other Qualifications:
- Personally executed successful lead generation programs -- and the war stories to prove it
- 1 - 3 years of demonstrated experience with inbound/outbound B2B marketing, digital marketing and lead gen – preferably in the software industry
- Current on the latest digital marketing tools, social media tactics & unique campaigns being tried by other marketers
- A “right brain” passion for creating campaigns and the “left brain” discipline to track campaign metrics.
- Good writing & critical thinking skills
- A researcher who can target and recommend new markets and advertising opportunities
- Ability to work around obstacles, figure them out independently & make things happen!
- Creative, collaborative professional attitude
- Experience with Marketo, Adobe Design, WordPress
