POSITION SUMMARY

The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for marketing products within the Adperio portfolio as well managing the corporate brand.  This includes identifying opportunities, developing marketing strategies, creating collateral and managing advertising campaigns for existing and new products.  The Marketing Communications Manager will need experience positioning and marketing both tangible online products in addition to agency service solutions.  This is a high visibility position, interacting with all levels of employees. We are looking for a highly skilled, highly motivated individual, comfortable working in a dynamic, fast moving work environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
 

• Work collaboratively with a diverse team to create and manage cross-organizational, integrated marketing strategies
• Develop and manage marketing plans and budgets for many products, including the corporate brand
• Track and analyze metrics for ROI of marketing / advertising dollars
• Segment and profile external clients and establish corresponding targeted communication strategies
• Define, develop, and maintain marketing collateral portfolio for B2B products (media kits, case studies, whitepapers, websites and sales presentations) in coordination with Adperio’s available internal creative resources and external vendors
• Provide writing and editing for outbound client communication including promotional materials, website content, e- newsletters, automated notices, product updates and other various client touch points
• Maintain and update websites, including merchandizing network UI
• In close coordination with Business Development, monitor competition and identify market opportunities
• Establish channels and strategies to recruit and build relationships with external clients, showcasing Adperio’s expertise in affiliate marketing, including blogs and social media
• Responsible for event management (road-shows, trade-shows, conferences, company-sponsored events, etc.)

JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
 

• Bachelor's degree marketing, business, communications, or a related field or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a Marketing Communications Manager
• Ability to make recommendations and work independently on most projects and programs
• Demonstrated success defining and marketing new products and services
• Superior professionalism and judgment
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including proofreading and editing skills
• Experience managing email communications for existing customers and acquisition
• Solid understanding of digital media / advertising landscape, including Internet, mobile and multimedia campaigns
• Passion for following Social Media trends and application to business models
• Prior association and/or international markets experience desired but not necessary
• Excellent teamwork skills
