Manager, Integration Development
As the Manger, Integration Development, you will ensure the Envysion platform can connect to customers and partners to receive real-time and batch data feeds. You will be a hands-on manager contributing to team and function management as well as development activities. You will interface with customer facing teams to deliver the integration and report components of solution delivery projects as well as uphold development standards for all deliverables.
You will:
- Manage data integrations including transport setup, data transformation and normalization, and report customization
- Manage and support integrations in production
- Manage integration development team and manage scrum development process including playing PO and scrum-master for the team.
- Facilitate and coordinate between development, support, sales engineering, and operations to implement integrations with customers and partners
- Oversee standard operating procedures for engineering including release cycles, code control, code reviews, documentation, and story acceptance
- Maintain work intake process and the prioritization/tracking of support and provisioning activities
- Participate with sales and account management teams to assist in defining customer solutions and handing customer onboarding and setup activities that require engineering
- Define, operationalize, and automate onboarding activities to enable first contact resolution in lower support tiers and provisioning teams
- Ensure tight coordination with customer facing project planning and project teams
- Ensure solutions meet customer expectations
- Support customer validation and acceptance of developed solutions.
- Ensure quality of customer delivery
- Ensure definition of done is defined and adhered to
- Build and maintain customer regression program to ensure platform can track performance to customer expectations
Skills & Requirements
- BS degree and 5+ years programming and management experience
- Extensive experience developing data integrations between companies using java, python, and bash
- Experience with Linux system administration and scripting
- Understanding on how applications scale depending on load in an elastic environment
- Familiarity with Continuous Integration Development Lifecycles and the specific Development and Testing challenges inherent to that approach
- Experience with Release and Change Management Coordination
- Excellent communicator and able to clearly articulate complex issues and technologies
- Passionate about creating a fantastic customer experience
- Great design and problem solving skills
- Willing to take ownership of problems and see them through to resolution
- Comfortable working in a fast paced agile environment. Requirements change quickly and our team needs to constantly adapt to moving targets.
- Familiarity with some or all of the technical stack is preferred
