Jr. Test Automation Engineer

Cardinal Peak is seeking a talented, energetic Python developer with at least 1 year of experience scripting in Python.  You will collaborate directly with our developers to create test automation scripts and debug software.

This is a great position for those candidates who are looking to jumpstart their software engineering careers.

To land this position you should have:

• Experience with scripting, preferably in Python

• Familiarity with a Linux command shell such as bash

• Experience writing test plans, testing according to the plan, and documenting bugs using online tools preferred

• Experience automating tests preferred

• Strong interpersonal skills

• A technical degree in Engineering or Computer Science is preferred

We will consider applicants that do not have a QA background, provided they have strong scripting experience and computer skills. For example, individuals with Linux system administration experience.
