Guild is looking for Growth Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will provide operational and analytical expertise to various teams. You’ll support initiatives to create sales plans, develop and implement smart, consumable and actionable reports, and make and support recommendations based on the insights you discover. All of these efforts contribute toward our ability to hone our process and improve outcomes as we work to serve as many students as possible.

We’re excited to learn more about you. If you think this is the next role for you, please submit a resume and responses to the application questions to demonstrate how your experience and expertise will enable you to effectively accomplish the specific objectives listed below.

The day-to-day experience will vary as life at a Series A startup does, but here’s an overview of how we anticipate you will spend your time here as our Growth Analyst in the next few months...you will:

  • Build out a scalable analytical framework that will not only support your ability to analyze the data, but will increase our collective abilities to understand our student funnel
  • Understand the metrics that matter to Guild and create reports and dashboards that surface the most important insights to drive accountability, track outcomes and increase productivity
  • Analyze our performance throughout the funnel, unlocking the sticking points and discovering opportunities where we could optimize, accelerate or improve our results
  • Present insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams and leadership in a story that resonates with the right context, data and actionable next steps
  • Evaluate our systems and processes and make recommendations for enhancements or changes
  • Recognize the connections between the data and the business and help others do the same, including developing training or tools when necessary
  • Ensure our data is accurate and coordinate with other teams to identify gaps and inconsistencies, troubleshoot issues, and propose solutions

We’ll prioritize the following experience and attributes as we evaluate candidates throughout the hiring process:

  • Passion for higher education and our mission - Guild is pioneering a new path for education as a benefit in a complicated and regulated space - success means quickly learning the landscape and effectively adapting your expertise
  • Experience in a startup or similar environment where there is frequent change, high pressure and a need to demonstrate and act with a sense of urgency
  • Expertise translating business and sales data into actionable insights that accelerate growth across diverse teams
  • Expertise in leveraging Salesforce for performance and process management through custom reports, workflows, and dashboards
  • Demonstrated strength in problem solving and analysis and tools that support your understanding of data (Excel, SQL, etc.) as well as tools that help you present your findings (e.g. PowerPoint)

Guild Education believes that a diverse and inclusive team will contribute toward our ability to achieve our mission and will dedicate intentional effort to building a team that reflects that belief.
