Responsibilities

- Develop and lead fresh creative approaches for various clients

- Develop and lead fresh creative approaches for various clients, while maintaining their brand essence/messaging/tone

- Resize banner, video and animated gif ads.

- Develop and/or collaborate on ad design A/B testing.

- Ability to communicate with TMGA team and client contact

- Occasional presentation design projects (Powerpoint and Keynote)

Minimum Requirements

-Strong foundational knowledge of layout, color, grids, icons, typography, proportion, composition, video, and motion/rich media

- 2-4 years experience with creative design, ad design. Portfolio required.

-Professional-level expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud. Experience using multiple artboards in Photoshop is a must for digital ad iteration.

-2D Motion Graphic experience, preferably in After Effects.

- A firm understanding for mobile-first

- Ability to take direction and use templates

- Self-motivated, organized, and extremely detail oriented

- Bonus: Familiarity with Facebook, Twitter and Google advertising creatives a plus
