Team members have the unique opportunity to explore diverse business lines, gaining hands-on experience in various facets of finance, including accounting, audit and supply chain management.
Here are some of the opportunities we are currently looking for New Graduates to fill:
Staff Accountant:
- Perform administrative and system set-up responsibilities related to the payment system used for license fee calculations
- Perform contract summary reviews and understand Programmer contracts to determine payment requirements, calculations and impact to subscriber reportingReview/audit economic terms of programming contracts to ensure payments are accurate and delivered in a timely manner to all programmers and vendors
- Additionally, assist with circulation and tracking of payments for approvals
- Assist Programmers as needed with account, payment, and statement analysis
- Perform special tasks and ad hoc projects to contribute to the team goals of accuracy and efficiency
Indirect Tax Staff Accountant:
- Prepare and file indirect tax returns including sales, use, gross receipts, and telecom.
- Prepare tax returns using Vertex Returns and other software
- Analyze GL, reconciliations, and tax reports to ensure accurate reporting of tax
- Reconcile data between systems to ensure integrity and accuracy
- Monitor tax data to identify variancesEnsure timely and accurate filings to minimize assessments and penalties.
- Monitor applicable pre-payments and creditsResolve notices and outstanding tax issues
- Renew business licenses and respond to internal & external customer inquiries
Business Operations Analyst:
- Maintains the structure and data elements of the OS structure to keep the application in sync with Oracle General Ledger
- Designs, builds and implements OS Cubes
- Collaborates with the IT Essbase Administrator to resolve issues
- Provides end user support on a daily basis to Accounting, Finance and operational departments including resolving system access, connection issues, software configuration issues, and reporting issues
- Provides basic, intermediate, and advanced level OS training
- Assists in developing and maintaining ad hoc reports
- Develops and maintains various financial reports (Balance Sheet, P&L, SAC, etc.)
- Creates new reports as requested by the Accounting and Finance teams
Financial Analyst:
- Prepare the monthly financial review of business performance including operational metrics analysis, variance analysis, and report publication
- Review line of business financial performance and provide recommendations to corporate executives
- Present results, analysis, and recommendations to executive leadership
- Support the preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts with efficient and insightful analysis
- Analyze and investigate monthly variances to help determine root cause and impact on forecast
- Perform ad-hoc analyses related to cost-savings opportunities, capital expenditures, and other corporate initiatives
- Participate in cross-functional teams providing financial insight and guidance as pertains to performance management of field operations
- Identify key areas of reporting and process automation
- Create sensitivity analyses to isolate impact on critical variables
- Develop scenario analyses to consider alternative decision paths and related impact

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- Fully onsite in location
- Successful completion of a pre-employment screen including a transcript evaluation, reference check, criminal background check, and possible drug test.
Compensation: $60,000.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
