We're looking for an enthusiastic digital marketer to join our sophisticated, performance-driven marketing team.
 
The Lifecycle team at Craftsy focuses on building a relationship with every member to make Craftsy their one-stop crafting destination. In this role, you will lead planning and execution for email merchandising and cross-functional marketing initiatives intended to engage and convert our amazing customer.
 
From the start, you can expect to: 
  • Work with our category buyers and content experts to understand our product assortment and merchandise weekly email sends accordingly to reflect business and marketing goals
  • Create program and creative briefs, then collaborate with graphic design and copy to craft campaigns and communications that reflect your vision and goals
  • Optimize email performance to maximize engagement and grow revenue 
  • Craft and maintain an email calendar that balances brand-building and direct-response sends through multiple categories and product lines 
  • Extend beyond email to develop multi-channel marketing campaigns with cross-functional partners 
  • Conceptualize and templatize new campaigns to grow our email efficacy
 
In the ideal applicant, we're looking for:
  • A minimum of 2+ years experience in B2C marketing with a focus on email marketing and/or experience in branded and direct response marketing 
  • Complete ownership of a marketing channel, from ad conceptualization to performance management
  • Experience and success with cross-functional planning in a matrixed organization
  • Success in applying fundamentals of marketing in a highly analytical environment
