It is around 10% of the traffic to SendGrid.com, generating 100's of leads each month, and is a crucial part of converting a self-serve developer to a paying customer. According to ProgrammableWeb’s survey, documentation is also the most important factor for people that use APIs, even above uptime.

What You'll Do

• Maintain and improve the customer-facing docs platform and content
• Own the docs request pipeline and work with other teams to make sure their requests are attended to in a timely and organized fashion
• Help make SendGrid’s documentation one of the best docs experiences on the internet
• Help support the DevRel team due to your gained product knowledge

About You

• Mad writing skills
• Development chops (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and junior Ruby skills. Git skills a plus) 
• A love for technology
• Experience producing tech content for a website or app where you've interfaced with developers
• Fastidious attention to consistency and accuracy
• An appreciation for being part of a fast-paced environment
• A relentless passion for creating industry leading products and the highest quality UX
