WHAT YOU'LL DO:
    • Own the strategy for re-engagement with email, social and SMS channels
    • Develop strategy for engaging high-end email content.
    • Plan and oversee implementation of test trigger-based nurturing programs in the marketing automation platform (Marketing Cloud) that target all stages of prospect development: from raw inquiries and cold prospects, to engagement, to closed opportunities.
    • Work with product marketing managers to define segmentation parameters (and personas) to drive effective dynamic content.
    • Identify opportunities for campaign optimization and areas in the pipeline requiring additional marketing support.
    • Design testing frameworks (split testing, deliverability and tracking) for continuous optimization of click-through and conversion rates.
    • Ensure timeliness and quality of all deliverables.
    • Lead the creation and management of dashboards to create useful reporting integrated with the sales database that tracks campaign effectiveness.
    • Be a steward of the brand and the Galvanize culture.
EXPECTED EXPERIENCE:
    • Subject matter expert on email marketing and email campaign management.
    • Portfolio of successful automation programs, dashboards and models.
    • Ability to troubleshoot data inconsistencies between databases.
    • Good understanding of the email creative process and related technologies.
    • Proven experience using a marketing automation platform (e.g. Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, Marketing Cloud or Eloqua).
    • Salesforce.com or related CRM experience is a plus.

    • Ability to think logically and critically when troubleshooting along with a desire to grow your technical skill set.
    • Problem solving ability and consideration of process improvements.
    • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
    • Capacity to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
