Whether coordinating high-level messaging for the C-suite, interacting with journalists to drive breaking news or launching a campaign around our latest innovation, our teams lend their voice to the future of communication.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking additional members to our Programmatic Team to support our marketing department and broader customer acquisition strategy, specifically for our Sling TV account. You will be responsible for executional excellence, a creative problem-solver and represent the programmatic channel as the subject-matter-expert.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner cross-departmental to glean in-depth product knowledge, develop trading-specific strategies, and derive crucial insights from campaign performance
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to conceive and launch new media strategies and campaigns across multiple lines of business
- Apply constant optimizations to programmatic and display campaigns, collaborating with team members to understand key KPI's and metrics
- Assist with QA tag and pixel implementation, troubleshooting with IT and external ad-serving platforms
- Support day-to-day trading efforts for a portfolio of accounts to actively support traders
- Help implement new technology partners including cross-device tracking, third-party ad verification, and call-tracking platforms
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in programmatic advertising; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Skills and Qualifications:
- Hands-on-keyboard DSP experience (TTD, DV360, Yahoo and Amazon)
- Ability to work effectively and in an error-free manner under tight time constraints
- Track record of delivering profitable digital marketing results and other KPI's
- Ability to thrive within the constantly-changing digital landscape, with a finger on the pulse of emerging digital platforms and trends
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
