What You’ll Do
  • Live by and champion our cultural values of Happy, Hungry, Honest, and Humble
  • Manage the digital display media efforts; including implementation, trafficking, tagging, analyzing, optimization of media plan
  • Create, maintain and update campaigns within our DSP, utilizing industry best practices
  • Work in a trade desk capacity to identify and traffic ads across various publisher placements, and act as the primary contact for publisher correspondence
  • Work with design team to create new display assets, including static, animated, rich media, and video units
  • Collaborate with our Sr. Manager of Online Marketing to fully launch, optimize and complete online media campaigns
  • Deliver campaign tags to vendors in advance of launch, then QA to confirm campaigns are up and running on the correct start date and serving the correct tags
  • Establish a testing cadence for new ad creation and trafficking with a focus on conversion performance
  • Ongoing communication and coordination of media workflow
  • Schedule and lead regular status calls with appropriate parties to manage and update all tactical aspects of Media Workflows
  • Drive increasing customer acquisition to meet monthly, quarterly and yearly goals
  • Research, plan and launch new advertising opportunities
  • Troubleshoot and validate report data from various tracking sources (GA, Convertro)
  • Discover, implement and track new programs and emerging technologies
  • Monitor competitive actions and research marketplace changes to provide updates and recommendations to the team

About You

  • 2+ years of experience in hands-on demand generation and marketing campaign management
  • Experience working with DSPs, trade desk, ad servers, and digital tracking tools
  • Familiar with a wide range of digital ad assets, including static, animated, rich media and video units
  • Ability to manage large budgets to positive ROI goals
  • Detail oriented to analyze large data sets
  • Creative mindset for developing new ad units / ideas
  • Proven track record in driving customer acquisition through paid media
  • Proficient in Excel (pivot tables), PowerPoint, Word, and Google Docs
  • Team player with a great attitude and a positive outlook on life (it’s not all about work)
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast paced environment
  • Analytic acumen and proven experience measuring effectiveness of marketing programs to drive leads and sales
  • Bachelor’s degree
