Digital Marketing Manager
eFolder is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to develop innovative online strategies that generate new business and maximize our digital footprint. Based in Denver, CO and reporting to the Marketing Director, this individual contributor is the mastermind for digital tools and campaigns. You’ll own campaign development and execution, website management, SEO strategy, and social media marketing.
Your primary mission is creation of a “machine” to consistently deliver Marketing Qualified Leads to the Sales Team (your primary “Customer”). You’ll work closely with your colleagues in Marketing (Product and Field Marketing), along with collaborating across other parts of the business. You have your finger firmly on the pulse of the digital realm, and you constantly find new demand generation tactics to fuel the pipeline.
Major Accountabilities
Support the generation of new Marketing Qualified Leads for the eFolder Sales Team
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to:
- Generate leads through digital channels (i.e. email, web, social, etc.)
- Enhance brand visibility
- Grow the eFolder “opt in” Audience
- Evolve online branding/messaging for consistency and effectiveness across digital mediums
Be our Marketo Expert as you:
- Build Multi-Touch Campaigns
- Segment Target Customers and Prospects
- Develop dashboard and ad-hoc reporting needs
- Analyze Campaign results for successes and improvement opportunities
- Integrate with Salesforce for seamless communication of Leads to the Sales Team
Manage the eFolder website via:
- Daily updates,
- Architecture and UX enhancements
- Ensure content is current and continually refreshed
- Devising and implementing strategies that drive traffic to eFolder website via SEO and PPC.
- Analyze and Report on web traffic trends and identify potential optimization tactics
Evolve social media marketing to leverage campaigns and content with social media usage trends of target market
Collaborate with entire Marketing Team to manage Marketing editorial calendar
Serve as a liaison with the field
About You:
- Proven expertise with Marketo is a MUST
- 4-5 years of experience with Campaigns, and/or Demand Generation Marketing for a technology company
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices
- Familiarity/experience with the Business Disaster Recovery and/or Storage industry is preferred
- Excellent organization and prioritization
- Inquisitive attitude with a “roll up your sleeves” mentality and a desire to learn
- Bachelor’s degree
Bonus:
- Familiarity with the IT channel (software, hardware, Distributors, and MSP companies)
- Experience with Social Media
- Proven expertise with Salesforce.com
