Job Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Lead to work on the Video Services Media Marketing team . This is an exciting position within our fast moving Media Acquisition team here in Denver, Colorado. The Device, TV, & Programmatic Marketing team manages relationships and paid media across a variety of partners for Sling TV and DISH TV. This role will have the opportunity to work on marketing campaigns with the top players in the TV and streaming space and work cross-functionally with various marketing teams (brand, lifecycle, social media, marketing analytics, product marketing, etc.).
This position will work closely with the Head of Device, TV & Programmatic Media to manage the overarching creative strategy for the team with a focus on streaming partners. The position will help ensure seamless co-marketing campaign execution, support creative development for marketing placements, help determine what creative should run (based on time of year, platform, level of investment, ad size, and target audience), manage ad trafficking, and assist with media planning and execution for paid and editorial media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to manage overarching creative strategy for various ads and partner placements (e.g. strategy team, device team, streaming partners, creative agency, go-to-market team, and brand team)
  • Manage all creative ad trafficking and support media buyers on creative needs for co-marketing campaigns and media plans by ensuring creative assets are delivered in a timely manner, adhere to partner specifications, are error free, and promote key messaging
  • Set A/B creative test schedules and cadence for results reporting; monitor performance to make creative optimizations based testing
  • Analyze marketing campaign results in order to optimize creative performance and refine target audiences
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as brand, analytics, and other marketing teams to share creative learnings and maximize efficiency/results across the business
  • Provide creative direction, reporting, and insights to the agency and brand team for upcoming ad campaigns
  • Create content briefs based stakeholder feedback and creative data in order to design and deliver creative with the highest RO for each platform
  • Consolidate results and create presentations for key stakeholders and partners showcasing campaign ROIs
  • Become a Sling programming expert and provide feedback and advice to team on top content to promote on creative assets


Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, design, or related field
Skills and Qualifications:

  • Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time and adhere to strict deadlines
  • Creative thinker with the ability to analyze performance and ideate ways to improve assets/messaging
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, self-starter able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills for a highly cross-functional and external partner-facing role
  • Ability to use research to understand brands and the competitive landscape and use those learnings to create compelling campaign and creative concepts
  • Strong analytical skills, both qualitative & quantitative; ability to synthesize, prioritize, and drive results with a high sense of urgency


Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
