About the Digital Marketing Analyst position:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst to aid in the growth and optimization of our display initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working, driven individual that will play a key role on the Digital Marketing team, optimizing, analyzing and ultimately helping to prove our online marketing initiatives. You will be a member of our talented team and report into our Senior Marketing Analyst.
About the Digital Marketing Team:
The Digital Marketing Team has been a key component of HomeAdvisor’s success. The Digital Marketing team is responsible for performance-based online marketing initiatives, such as search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, social advertising and more. This team manages millions of dollars in spend each month, and with that comes a huge opportunity to learn and excel. Digital is a large growth opportunity for the team and expanding our digital footprint is one of the main HomeAdvisor priorities this year.
Responsibilities:
- Continuously optimize and grow existing digital channels (GDN, Yahoo, Native Content, etc.)
- Improve digital performance through constant testing of imagery, ad copy, etc.
- Analyze performance metrics and use insights to optimize campaigns and drive growth in profit
- Reporting/Data analysis – prepare data analyses from numerous sources including internal database tools, third party systems, etc.
- Communicate performance, projects, test results and learnings to the team
- Proactively seek and evaluate new innovative opportunities for campaign growth and improvement
Desired Experience & Personality
- Bachelor’s degree with focus in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2-3 years experience managing and optimizing performance focused paid digital campaigns
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot-tables, V-lookups, graphics)
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to think creatively and implement ideas
- Desire to learn and keep up with an industry that is always changing
- Team player willing to collaborate with team members as well as work individually
