Summary of what you’ll do:      

As a data analyst you will be expected to understand business objectives and navigate through uncertainty to provide actionable analytic insights from available data.

What is expected of you:                                        

• Transform data for reporting and analysis, identifying patterns and signs of anything that can deliver a positive business impact. 
  
• Establish key performance indicators and analyze metrics to identify root drivers of performance.
  
• Monitor performance of business goals and communicate status through reporting and visual analytics.
  
• Develop, implement, and maintain performance measurement reporting and analytics for multiple areas of the business, including marketing, risk, text, consumer behavior, consumer financing, and financial analysis
  
• Perform market assessments and analyze trends
  
• Prepare ad hoc data analyses
  
• Establish and maintain relationships with business owners and decision makers.
  

Your skills and experience:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in collection, mining, reporting, and analysis of large amounts of data
  
• Proven ability to perform complex analysis and reporting, including skill in composing logical, detailed, and analytical reports
  
• Proficiency using MS Excel and other data and dashboard systems
  
• Experience in a start-up or growth oriented business, entrepreneurial mindset to always be looking forward is preferred
  
• Consumer mobile application, marketing, and/or finance industry experience a plus
  
• Must be self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  
• Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment to ensure timely follow-up and follow-through
