Kapost is looking for an experienced client facing professional who can lead our customer enablement efforts into the future. You will be tasked with becoming the “trusted advisor” during the customer on-boarding process and thus are expected to have deep knowledge and understanding of the Kapost application. You will also be comfortable and capable of communicating Kapost’s solution to a primarily non-technical audience of marketers and C-level executives.

 

Your success will be measured based project throughput, engagement metrics upon project completion and satisfaction scores.  You will also be measured on the team’s customer renewals metrics.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate customer business requirements / needs, and how they match up with the Kapost platform
  • Define for each customer a mutual success agreement
  • Conduct high level projects for the customer, such as:
    • Serve as the "Kapost Sherpa" for new customers by guiding them through Kapost’s on-boarding program with the goal of making customers successful and self-sufficient.
    • Coordinate product integration
    • Provide product training
  • Take a proactive project management approach
  • Develop a project-based approach and schedule
  • Develop a complete understanding of the Kapost platform
  • Develop a deep understanding of B2B marketing industry best practices
  • Continually look at ways to improve the Kapost service program to guide customers to success.

 

Required Skills/ Experience:

 

  • 5+ years experience leading business application implementations for mid-market and enterprise level customers
  • Solid understanding of B2B marketing and sales processes; experience in a demand generation marketing role a big plus
  • Teamwork skills a must, ability to lead and manage resources
  • Experience with enterprise software applications such as CRM, SFA, Eloqua, Marketo, and adjacent marketing software a plus
  • Proven project and time management skills in an environment where you may be managing several implementations simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Must be a quick learner, self-starter and have the ability to work with minimal supervision in fast-paced environment
  • Four year university/college degree required
