Customer Success Internship
The Customer Succes Intern would work in support of the Customer Success function across GHX. The intern will also work cross functionally with other teams to support the overall growth and success of GHX both internally and externally with customers. An experienced Customer Success Leader(s) will be assigned as a primary contact to mentor, communicate assignments and provide necessary guidance. The Intern will be given instructions and directions for continuous training on the job as required for the assignments and be expected to collaborate with GHX employees and customers.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Required Education:
- Working towards a degree in healthcare, business, computer science, mathematics, statistics, or other technical/science degree.
- Foundational knowledge of healthcare operations and/or supply chain principles.
- Course work or experience in one or more of the following: health/science, community health, business, supply chain
- Ability to create customer facing deliverables and analyzing large data sets
Daily Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Customer Success to support customer and customer deliverables.
- Collaborate with other teams including PMO and support cross functional meetings.
- Research and analysis of large data sets.
- Support competitive analysis – review of current offerings and opportunities.
- Support long-term risk planning – development of criteria and scoring.
- Support Customer Success team in development and distribution of scalable process, process improvement projects.
- Work cross functionally as assigned to support overall operational success of GHX, both internally and externally.
Estimated hourly compensation $17.00 - $22.00
The base hourly range represents the anticipated low and high end of the GHX’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of GHX’s total compensation package for employees.
