 What You'll Do

First and foremost, you will produce and update high-quality and engaging content (blog posts, emails, eBooks, whitepapers, webinars, web pages and more). You'll also have the opportunity to build and leverage relationships with Kapost’s brand and media partners, supporting digital marketing campaigns from start to finish. Lastly, you'll aid in developing the brand voice based on testing and data to better refine content-focused initiatives for our B2B marketing audience.

Ultimately, you’ll own creating and optimizing full-funnel content to support driving new leads into the sales funnel and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

 

Who You Are

You live and breathe content. You’re confident researching and writing in a variety of formats, matching the content and voice to designated audiences. You understand how content, PR, email marketing, and social media interact and bolster the overarching brand initiatives and goals.

You're not afraid of blurred lines on a team and pitching in to help get things done—and better understand buyer needs. We move quickly and have each other's backs.

In addition, you have:

  • A BS in Marketing, Journalism, English, or relevant field
  • 2-4 years of digital marketing or content marketing experience, preferably in the B2B and/or SaaS industry
  • Proven written communication skills, ideally with published content
  • Exceptional copy editing skills, including the ability to write across channels and personas
  • A collaborative nature in creating and executing marketing campaigns and content
  • A dedication to execution and deadlines and are comfortable holding others accountable to project timelines and deliverables
  • A strong ability to manage ongoing initiatives/campaigns

We would love you to have:

  • Experience managing an editorial calendar
  • Experience planning and managing the production of webinars or other online events
  • Experience managing outside contractors or copywriters
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing operations and strategy
