Webroot is seeking an experienced Consumer Marketing Manager in our Corporate Marketing organization.  Our ideal candidate has a rich background in driving successful integrated consumer marketing campaigns for technology-based products and/or services.  You have significant experience in creating, executing and measuring marketing programs, with a successful track record of driving product awareness and demand generation support through multiple channels combined with your strong emphasis in the online channel. As our Consumer Marketing Manager based in our Broomfield, CO, office, you will develop ways to explain complex systems into simple explanations and create training content, format and delivery of training materials/resources, and communications for field operations. You will utilize your skill set in marketing, planning, execution, optimization and tracking in this highly visible role. You are self-motivated, plan proactively, communicate effectively, and develop/maintain collaborative relationships throughout the organization. You will work collaboratively to identify target audience, positioning, segment specific message/content to the market, voice and critical business issues, and determine the best methods to communicate in a compelling manner to the target audience.  

Candidates presenting with experience in the cybersecurity industry will be highly considered as well as those who have demonstrated experience marketing consumer packaged goods, or technology products.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage all Field Training Strategy and Content Development for interactive modules.
  • Responsible for all Retail Campaign Development and Creative Requests
  • Attends all Retail Meetings and Trainings to assure that retailers programs needs are being met and what opportunities are available.
  • Creates Amazon Monthly Strategy for AMS & AMG including developing headlines and keyword lists
  • Manages all Retail Media Buying
  • Develops all Retail Creative Assets and Promo development for Retail Clients
  • Works with Sales Managers to assure that marketing programs are developed to drive sales and compare sales results to marketing reports.
  • Participates in overall advertising campaign creative development
  • Responsible for all Retail and Online Merchandising
  • Develops keyword rich copy for e-tail sites like Amazon
  • Works on integration of native environments and retail environments.

  • Excellent analytical abilities and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
