myStrength, Inc. is looking for its next Reporting and Business Intelligence developer. Is your day complete only when you’ve created that perfect visualization in Tableau? Do you love finding that ‘a-ha!’ insight and sharing it with the organization? What about working with stakeholders and customers to build elegant data reporting pipelines? If the answer to any of these is yes, then we want to talk with you.

On any given day, you could find yourself:

  • Mashing up log data, external APIs and our DB data to answer burning organizational or clinical questions
  • Creating beautiful reports for partners and operations
  • Working with business and mental health experts to measure behavioral health metrics based on user assessments and interaction in the site
DESIRED EXPERIENCES AND REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Deep knowledge of all things Tableau – Building data connections, designing visualizations, creating complex calculated fields
  • Strong SQL and Database Administration skills – Experience creating and maintaining complex stored procedures, views and queries on a widely used SQL platform, MySQL preferred
  • Experience automating tasks with shell scripting languages such as bash
  • Experience interfacing with partners and customers, capturing requirements, and estimating timelines
  • Passion for working at a growing company and helping shape product ideas that help people with behavioral health challenges.
BONUS POINTS
  • Experience developing solutions, insights and visualizations in R
  • Experience with python and / or ruby for task automation and data analysis
