Essentials:

• An on-line portfolio with a mix of traditional and digital media design work
• Strong communication design fundamentals: color, layout, typography, photography
• An ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Strong / accurate communication & visual presentation skills
• A team player / little-ego mind-set
• A whatever-it-takes attitude 

Required:

• An excellent on-line portfolio with a mix of recent traditional and digital media design work;
• Minimum 6-7 years of hands-on design / creative related experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field
• Understanding of design strategy methods and practice - process
• Basic understanding of marketing strategies / methods
• Expert level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite - specifically: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop.
• Basic understanding of web dev / responsive design - this is not a developer role.
