Reporting to the Director, Global Compensation, this position is responsible for providing compensation program support to the Compensation team and our Strategic HR Business Partners. This team is critical in supporting the compensation needs of our global organization by helping manage the day to day administration of our Reward programs including the overall spend and effectiveness of our global programs.

Role Responsibilities

  • Conduct job benchmarking analysis, job evaluation and salary administration to determine appropriate salary grades, ranges, and pricing based on internal and external equity.
  • Reviews job matches, survey data, prepares survey submissions for participation in various external salary and compensation surveys. 
  • Work closely with HRBP and Talent Acquisition teams on proposals for new hire offers, promotions, and market adjustments.
  • Participates in a variety of Human Resources and Compensation related analytical projects including the Annual Compensation Planning year-end cycle
  • Support industry market survey submission process for assigned area(s).
  • Review survey results and proactively provide the analysis of market trend and recommendations for any changes in our structure or individual adjustments based on the data
  • Receives, researches, and responds to customer inquiries concerning salaries and salary adjustments promptly and professionally.
  • Attends and participates in onboarding and new hire orientation
  • Provides analytical support for compensation programs, including data analysis and reporting.
  • Collaborates with HR and management to develop and communicate HR policies and procedures
  • Conducts regular market analysis to ensure the competitiveness of the organization's compensation
  • Assist in conducting studies for specific functional areas; analyzes market trends; completes statistical reports and assists in the development of recommendations and action plans designed to attract, retain and reward employees.
  • Update and maintain the global compensation administration guidelines.
  • Work on regional and and other special projects as assigned

Role Requirements

  • Experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of previous experience in compensation program support, including technical knowledge of key compensation fundamentals.
  • Experience with an automated HRIS system, preferably Workday, is preferred;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint) and excellent skills in Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Attention to detail and follow-through skills a must
  • Strong mathematical, problem solving, and analytical skills
  • Sound logic, reasoning skills to identify, develop, evaluate alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
  • High degree of attention to details with ability to see big picture
  • Strong technical aptitude (advance computer skills)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

Salary 

The base salary range is $67,500-100,000 USD per year, total on target compensation includes a base salary and short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies
