Dental insurance
OrthoFi offers two dental options and both cover 100% cost of diagnostic and preventative care. OrthoFi covers 100% of the cost of the monthly premium for one of the plans.
Disability insurance
OrthoFi provides all full-time, active employees with Long Term Disability (LTD) Coverage, at no cost to employees. It includes 60% of an employee's annual salary up to $6,000 maximum monthly payout.
Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
