WeWork's Denver locations to open in early spring: What we know

WeWork is officially coming to Denver this spring. The coworking giant is opening two locations in the city, with a combined 132,000 square-feet of space, and capacity for at least 2,000 people. The two locations are less than a mile from each other, firmly anchoring LoDo as the city's tech hub. Ana Maggiore, who's LinkedIn says that she's been with WeWork in San Francisco for the last four years, is going to be the running the new offices.

Here's what we know about the two locations:

Union Station

WeWork’s 72,000 square-foot Union Station location will be in the brand new Triangle Building at 16th and Wewatta. The office is scheduled to open in March, and will be the home of General Assembly's new Colorado campus. A private office in this location will start at $650 a month.

LoHi

WeWork’s 50,000 square-foot LoHi location will be in the The Lab, another brand new building going in on Platte Street behind the Denver Beer Company. This location is scheduled to open in April, and is located directly across the street from Galvanize's new Platte Street location. It's hard to imagine that not being on purpose. A private office in this location will run you $600 a month.
