Director of Onboarding

A successful candidate will be responsible for working across the organization to plan, design, implement and launch multiple simultaneous Software as a Service (SaaS) implementations. As the Onboarding Director, you will leverage your SaaS implementation skills for the accurate scoping of software solutions and Statements of Work by working closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams. As new projects start, you will manage the successful design, implementation, testing, training and launch of the software. You will work closely with your team to mentor and develop advanced skills that drive high customer satisfaction, on-time and on-budget implementations, and deliver measurable customer results. Additionally, you will act as a customer escalation point, working to address customer issues, address internal challenges, and drive process and product innovation. You will also be responsible for building, implementing and managing the operational processes and tools to effectively run the Onboarding team. This will include resource planning, time tracking, profit & loss (P&L) reporting, documentation management, issue management and project transitions.
