Be a trusted subject matter expert In the area of system integration and application programming interfaces (API). Hands-on experience with APIs in both a business analysist and implementation capacity. Spend appropriate time speaking with customers technical teams to understand their needs around the API. Interacting with internal stakeholder including product management, technical support, and sales teams. Gather customer requests, partner requests, and general market needs and translate them into product enhancement requests. Know when to deliver the exact thing that is requested and when there's a better but less obvious path. Generate detailed product specifications to illustrate product functionality including business rules, flows and use cases. Participate in Strategy Sessions and make yourself available to answer questions, provide feedback, clarification, and guidance.

The digital marketing manager will manage the marketing team & vendors; identify and evaluate new digital technologies; use web analytics tools to measure site traffic to better optimize marketing campaigns; and manage email marketing, social media and search advertising.

The ideal candidate would be a self-starter who can handle all day-to-day human resources tasks in a fast-paced environment. This includes but is not limited to employee document management; writing directives advising department managers of Company policy regarding equal employment opportunities, compensation, and employee benefits; identifying/screening potential new hires for vacant positions; designing and implementing office policies by establishing standards and procedures; analyzing wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plans; consulting legal counsel to ensure that policies comply with federal and state law; oversee the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by law or local governing bodies; Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance; planning and conducting new employee orientation; maintain records of benefits plans participation and personnel files; coordinating HR training; administering performance review program; conducting wage surveys within labor market to determine competitive wage rate; preparing budget of human resources operations; preparing employee separation notices and related documentation; and contracting with outside suppliers to provide employee services, such as temporary employees, search firms, or relocation services.

Fluid is looking for an experienced strategic sales representative outside sales to join our rapidly growing team here in the greater Denver area. This is a position that will be performed primarily remotely at home and in the field with some office time. The ideal candidate would be a self-starter who can handle all outside sales tasks in a fast-paced environment. The strategic sales representative will be the front-facing point of contact for prospecting with new potential rental clients. They will be responsible for managing all aspects related to strategic sales from inception to deal close including but not limited to: developing prospecting lists, finding key decision makers and departments within an account, coordinating meetings with potential new leads, providing pricing proposals/estimates, closing deals with strategic clients, ongoing nurturing of leads, meeting management set KPI's, and utilizing HubSpot for all outreach activities.
