Helping with mail, phone calls, filing, general inquiries, greeting visitors – normal office stuff.
Entering expense reports, invoices and other items into QuickBooks.
Coordinating office events ranging from weekly lunches to department offsites, and company wide meetings.
Pitching in with travel arrangements when the team is trying to juggle fourteen other tasks.
Helping candidates connect with their interviewers when they arrive.
Helping new hires get their feet under them and making sure they have everything ready to go when the walk in the door.
Keeping our people hydrated, caffeinated and full of snacks by ordering food and beverages, and helping stock the fridge, make coffee, etc.
Making sure our team has everything they need to get their jobs done by ordering and managing office supplies.
Stretching yourself professionally by jumping into unfamiliar territory whenever necessary.
Helping shape a positive/high energy office culture.
