Our product is robust, so you will be expected to have a deep understanding of the application.
Your days will primarily consist of answering customer inquiries about how to configure something in the application, or how to re-configure something that isn’t working as expected.
You will be answering these questions primarily via chat, with email follow up as necessary.
You will be responsible for providing effective solutions for their unique business needs, as well as identifying potential issues that the customer might face in the future and guiding them down a more successful path.
We primarily communicate with customers over live chat and email, though sometimes a phone call is necessary to get the job done.
