Managing the external partnership or “account” in one or more academic verticals (such as University Bachelors or Masters programs, High School Completion, Skilled Trades, Language courses, or College Preparatory Programs):
Leads weekly check-in calls with the academic partner.
Creates process of shared learnings with external partner, providing space to both provide and receive feedback.
Managing the day-to-day operations.
May implement the program and set up initial processes, policies, and procedures or continue to iterate on the same.
Examines reports in Salesforce or Looker to manage student progress.
Provides dotted line oversight to student coaches to support students and drive retention results.
Leads operational processes during enrollment, add drop and completion periods.
Managing to strong outcomes.
Monitors key success metrics like yield, retention, completion and NPS.
Utilizes qualitative and quantitative data to identify opportunities to grow, change or develop the program.
Spurs to action relevant cross-functional teams based on identified gaps or improvements needs, ensuring the work is completed on time and to expectation.
Strategically seeks to grow, expand, and improve outcomes of the offering through appropriate collaboration with retention, marketing, client services and others.
