Create and support a performance-based sales culture designed to exceed business objectives.
Align overall sales operations plan and metrics to go-to-market strategy, business objectives and revenue targets.
Provide the Sales, Marketing and Alliance leads actionable data to make pipeline impacting decisions. This includes building standard metrics definitions, analyzing trends and providing reporting and data-driven insights.
Own the sales enablement strategy, including sales leadership development, on-boarding, sales process, and field communication.
Ensure alignment of marketing, sales and delivery value messages throughout the buyer’s journey and drive consistency within sales methodologies.
Work closely with product marketing to translate materials and messaging into actionable, best-in-class sales assets, training and improvement programs.
Select and implement industry-leading sales technology and training platforms and tools.
Partner with our customer success function on expansion, and renewal strategies and management.
Design and continually optimize relevant bookings, pipeline and forecast reports and dashboards for sales team, executive and board-level reporting.
