This role also directly supports our channel distributors with inventory planning, and indirectly supports our resellers with deal registrations and discounts. Analytics and data stewardship are an important part of this role. The Sales Operations Specialist ensures data integrity in Salesforce.com by monitoring the interconnected business processes as reflected in accounts, opportunities, approved discounts, and point of sale data.
