Mersive is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to plan, develop, maintain and manage efficient business solutions and operating systems in support of core organizational functions. This includes gathering and analyzing data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements for teams using the Salesforce and NetSuite platforms. Currently, integrations are setup using the Celigo platform.
A successful candidate must have experience defining and optimizing business processes, system requirements, and managing implementations in the following areas: Sales Order Operations, Sales Automation, Customer Relationship Management and Customer Service. The position liaises with both the business and technical teams to determine the scope, timeline and budgetary impacts of new features and enhancements, as well as provide production support, to help maximize the benefit of system investments.
